Coaching Services Delivery
At Giddyup Ultra, we provide personalized ultrarunning coaching services online. Upon purchasing a coaching subscription, you'll receive:
An initial consultation call will be scheduled through Calendly immediately upon purchase
A customized training plan within 7 business days of the consultation
Tri-weekly check-ins and plan adjustments as per the package details
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our coaching services. However, we understand that circumstances may change:
Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no coaching services have been rendered
50% refund available within 30 days if you've had your initial consultation but no training plan has been delivered
No refunds after 30 days or once a customized training plan has been delivered
Cancellation Policy
For ongoing coaching subscriptions:
Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice
Access to coaching services continues until the end of the paid period
No refunds for partial months
Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ours:
Reschedule consultations or check-ins with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge
Late rescheduling (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows may forfeit the session without refund
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your success is our priority. If you're not satisfied with our services:
Notify us within the first 30 days of your coaching program
We'll work with you to adjust your plan at no additional cost
If we can't meet your needs, we'll offer a prorated refund for unused services
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify our services to better serve our athletes:
Major changes to your coaching package will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice
You'll have the option to continue with the modified service or cancel without penalty
