GiddyupUltra offers an 8-week, structured program that focuses on OFM strategies for training and racing. This approach includes nutritional strategies for daily living, training-specific education, rest-day-specific nutrition, as well as race day/long run nutrition planning. We cover all aspects of health, longevity, and how to bring these principles into your daily living in a sustainable and lasting way. By the end of the program you will be well versed in OFM protocol and able to put these principles into practice for the rest of your life.

The 8-week program includes:

4 Consultations: Four 30-60 minute consultations over 8 weeks. We begin with an initial 1-hour consultation to understand your specific starting point and your main goals to get you started off right. We then have a 30-45 minute call once at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and an outgoing call at 7 weeks to discuss how the program is going and make changes as needed.

Education: We learn why we need to make big, bold changes and how the body operates with the signals it is given.

Customized Action Plan: We co-evolve a unique action plan based on your specific situation targeted to your specific goals.

Tools: Extensive information and knowledge to inform the nutrition action plan.  We will provide you extensive food lists and understand how to plan and think about your lifestyle nutrition.

Race Nutrition: We include race day/long-run-specific nutrition strategies to help you achieve your goal.
