Sarah Ostaszewski, Ultra Run Coach

Originally from Northwest Indiana, Sarah started her running journey in high school with the Track & Field and Cross Country teams. She competed on the roads throughout college before learning about ultramarathons and hopping into her first 60K in 2014. Since then, she’s completed over 65 ultras and has podiumed at several big mountain races, including Ouray 100, High Lonesome 100, Cruel Jewel 100, and Mogollon Monster 100. She’s passionate about self-powered exploration of the landscape and has gained extensive experience from multi-day adventures, with wins at both the Cocodona 250 and Moab 240. In 2023, she was ranked in the Top Ten of Ultrarunning Magazine’s North American Ultrarunner of the Year. As a coach, she pulls from her experience and knowledge of the body and mind to help athletes improve their endurance, strength and mindset.
